Mr. L.N.Bangur hails from the Bangur family, well known in the trade and industry in india for over a century. Mr. L.N.Bangur is a commerce graduate having experience in the field of trade and commerce of more than three decades.
He is associated with the Company since 1988 in different capacities on the Board of Directors. He is the Chairman of Peria Karamalai Tea & products Co. Ltd , Digvijay Investment Limited apart from being a director of several finance and investment companies. Presently, he is a member of the managing committees of the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry and the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry. He is also a committee member of Bharat Chamber of Commerce.
An aggressive delegator that he is, Mr Bangur is the visionary and the force behind the growth of the Company since his induction on the Board.

Mr. L.N.Bangur is the backbone of the company. He has been associated with the Company since April 1988 as the Chairman. He has a long and varied experience in various industries like plantations, paper and textiles apart from trading and investment activities. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce.
He is the Chairman and Managing Director of Maharaja Shree Umaid Mills Limited. He also holds directorship in MSUM Texfab Ltd., IOTA Mtech (P) Ltd, Peria Karamalai Tea (India) Limited, Sidhidata Tradecom (P) Limited, M.B.Commercial Company Limited, Amalgamated Company Limited, Placid Limited, The Kishore Trading Company Limited, Sri Krishna Agency Limited, The Swadeshi Commercial Co.Limited, The General Investment Company Limited, and Samay Books Limited.
He is also an active committee member of Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
She has been conferred with various awards from time to time. She is also the President of Calcutta Chamber of Commerce and Committee Member of Bharat Chamber of Commerce and an active philantrophist.
He has been associated with the LNB Group in various capacities for more than a decade. He plays a vital role in its business and group strategy and helps the various business CEOs and their teams. Apart from being a Director at the Group level, he also heads the Family Office.
He has earlier worked at the Tata Group.
Amit has the unique distinction of being one of the youngest in the entire Tata Group to have successfully completed the Business Excellence Leadership Program (BELP) thereby becoming qualified as an external Assessor of the Tata Business Excellence Model (TBEM) – an adaptation of the renowned Malcolm Baldrige Model. He was also nominated as the FIBRES Champion (Fact & Information Based Reverse Engineering of Strategy) during his stint at Tatas.
He has served on the Committee(s) of industry and professional bodies like FICCI, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, etc. in various capacities from time to time. He is a member of Angel networks and has been involved in investments into new venture and start ups.
He brings in expertise and capabilities for strategic team building and handles timelines using latest technological developments for value creation through a collaborative, environment friendly approach. His sharp business acumen has led to smooth change management, as he heads Corporate strategy formulation and implementation.
He has strategic abilities in managing technically advanced, cost-efficient and state of the art production systems. He is a Leader with a solid record of contribution towards streamlining operations, optimising costs, increasing productivity & enhancing internal controls.
At MSUM, he is the dynamic go to person for developing focused teams, robust processes and new age products.
Mr. Sarveshwar Bang is having master degree and associated with MSUM for 45years.
His hard work with passion, dedication, honesty and long-term relations with all business partners has aided in achieving business growth and goals within scheduled timelines.
He possesses very deep knowledge of global and domestic cotton market, and scoring cotton, waste and outsource yarn.
