Sri Lakshmi Niwas Bangur
Mr. L.N.Bangur is the backbone of the company. He has been associated with the Company since April 1988 as the Chairman. He has a long and varied experience in various industries like plantations, paper and textiles apart from trading and investment activities. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce.
He is the Chairman and Managing Director of Maharaja Shree Umaid Mills Limited. He also holds directorship in MSUM Texfab Ltd., IOTA Mtech (P) Ltd, Peria Karamalai Tea (India) Limited, Sidhidata Tradecom (P) Limited, M.B.Commercial Company Limited, Amalgamated Company Limited, Placid Limited, The Kishore Trading Company Limited, Sri Krishna Agency Limited, The Swadeshi Commercial Co.Limited, The General Investment Company Limited, and Samay Books Limited.
He is also an active committee member of Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Mrs. Alka Bangur
She has been conferred with various awards from time to time. She is also the President of Calcutta Chamber of Commerce and Committee Member of Bharat Chamber of Commerce and an active philantrophist.
Mr. Amit Mehta
He has been associated with the LNB Group in various capacities for more than a decade. He plays a vital role in its business and group strategy and helps the various business CEOs and their teams. Apart from being a Director at the Group level, he also heads the Family Office.
He has earlier worked at the Tata Group.
Amit has the unique distinction of being one of the youngest in the entire Tata Group to have successfully completed the Business Excellence Leadership Program (BELP) thereby becoming qualified as an external Assessor of the Tata Business Excellence Model (TBEM) – an adaptation of the renowned Malcolm Baldrige Model. He was also nominated as the FIBRES Champion (Fact & Information Based Reverse Engineering of Strategy) during his stint at Tatas.
He has served on the Committee(s) of industry and professional bodies like FICCI, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, etc. in various capacities from time to time. He is a member of Angel networks and has been involved in investments into new venture and start ups.

Mr. Chanchalmal Bachhawat is B. Com ( Hons.), Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, Chartered Accountant, M. Phil in Economic Development, University of Glasgow, U.K and retired I.A.S.(Retd – 1983 – West Bengal Cadre)
Mr. Bachhawat was posted as IAS Officer in the following departments:
- Director of Industries, Govt. of W.B.
- Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, W.B.
- Joint Secretary & Acquisition Merger, Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India.
- Principal Secretary, Finance Deptt., Govt. of West Bengal.
- Additional Chief Secretary, Commerce & Industries Deptt. & Food Processing & Horticulture Deptt., Govt. of West Bengal etc.
*** Took Voluntary Retirement from IAS on 2.8.2016 to join as Technical Member, West Bengal Taxation Tribunal.
